“For over two years, Deborah has provided a multitude of technical services to almost every department within the Town.

In early 2018, Los Altos Hills upgraded its permit tracking system from FileMaker to Trakit. During the implementation of the new software, Deborah cam on board to provide critical assistance in the transfer of historical data from the old database into the new platform; something that the Trakit support team failed to provide. As the designated on-site administrator for Trakit, it was my job to ensure that this conversion happened as smoothly as possible and to put it simply, the task could not have been completed without Deborah’s competency in the matter. Through her knowledge of the SQL programming language and Excel, she can make data conform to whatever format is required. We trusted her with access to our servers and found her to be very trustworthy.

In the Planning, Building, and Engineering Departments her expertise saved the Town a significant amount of time and money.
